troubleshooting:

Q1: The screen does not display or flickers.
A1: Make sure the monitor receives 15W or higher power.
Q2: Touch function does not work.
A2: The TypeC interface connecting the device must meet Alt mode (Thunderbolt3) or higher standards. If it does not support it, please connect HDMI and TypeA cables at the same time.
Q3: Touch input is misplaced.
A3: After connecting the monitor to the PC, adjust the touch position settings through "Control Panel (Hardware and Sound)" -> "Tablet Settings".
